Rules: Design a post-timeskip character that has not been revealed in the manga
or anime yet. Design how any character that has existed in One Piece before the two year timeskip would look today. It’s that simple. Any format, JPEG/PSD preferred. Submissions must be in by October 2nd

So it cant be a rendered picture in Photoshop or Illustrator? It has to be a pencil on paper drawing?
It can be rendered and the like, the contest is merely to create what you think these characters look like after the timeskip.
